It's okay to underpromise but overdeliver,
but never, EVER overpromise but underdeliver.

Sounds confusing? Okay say, you call for a taxi. The operator says: "Your taxi will arrive in 5 to 7 minutes. Kindly proceed to your pick up location ...". BUT, you wait for 10minutes, uh oh, taxi's late for 3minutes, and yet the taxi has yet to arrive. I'd say you must be exasperated.
This, is overpromise but underdeliver.
Now in this case, the operator says: "Your taxi will arrive in 10-12minutes. Kindly... ...". But this time, in less than 7minutes, your taxi arrives to pick you up.
This, is underpromise but overdeliver.

Simple enough? In the first case, you have every reason to be annoyed/ disatisfied with the customer service and so, have every reason to lodge a complain against the company. After all, why call for a taxi if you're not in a hurry, right? In the latter, well, self-explanatory. You will be satisfied with the service.

It's so easy to say, I promise you. It's easy to say it with assurance. But easy to deliver? Definitely not always.

I like this poem:

Promises are made from one's very soul.
If one is broken, it leaves a deep hole;
One that can not mend, nor be undone,
but burns us all, then evil has won.
Hold true to promise, no matter the cost.
For if you are true, no soul shall be lost.

Not written by myself, I'm not so much of a poet. It's written by Humanstick.

I promise you. o.O???

It's alot nicer to eat M&Ms like this,

than like this.

No?
(:

So I'll just leave you with very much provoked thoughts.
I hope. If I didn't means I... Failed.
Failed to achieve what I intended to do.
LOL.

Oh, one more thing...
Please do not comment if you find the above a chunk of... of...
Nonsensical ramblings.
Hahahaha.

Anyway anyway, went to eat lunch with mom and her friends today. Alot of things they said I couldn't really understand. But mom's friend mentioned about charity shows and all that. DON'T CALL TO DONATE MONEY. Example would be the Myanmar's cyclone. I don't know what they have la, call in to donate money blabla. I heard from them that the money does not reach the cyclone-hit part of the country, but the corrupted government has gotten hold of them. Some communist stuff which I don't understand.

I've got a splitting headache and a contracting uterus lining. I think I need to rest soon. Gdnight (:
