Attachment at Polyclinic is SUPER boring okay. Yesterday was at least better, I was in the Immunization Room (Children's) :D At first I didn't dare play with the kids. Lol but slowly got warmed up with the whole thing, managed to play with 3 (: I think half the time the nurse was educating the parent about the Immunization I wasn't listening 'cos I was concentrating too much on the kids!!! HAHA. And I have another parent asking the kid to call me 'aunty' -.-ZZ Don't laugh okay. Hahaha. The previous time was when I was wearing NPCC uniform doing that traffic road duty. Then the primary school kids went 'aunty help me sign!' What the.

And today, went to Diabetes side. I really was sitting on the chair and dozing off. No cases for quite a while, and I've read all the phamplets there is there. In the afternoon was Health Screening Room, even more boring. NOTHING to do. But not as boring la. 'Cos the staff nurse there chatted with us. Haha. So, so far for these two days, only took HEIGHT AND WEIGHT. See how boring??? The rest of the procedures we can only observe. Siannn. 3more days 3more days. Counting down. Hahahaha.

So, the seriousness of my wound sort of like got around the nurses today. =x This nurse saw my wound, then she called my nurse IC, then went to ask Sister nurse to double check if the wound's infected. Lol. And she told me that the Sister is infection control Sister o.o Was so scared she wouldn't allow me to go for work. Hahahaa. In the end this nurse went to buy dressing and Normal Saline solution with me and helped me do dressing. Heh. Lousy doctor la. Still say it's healing when that outer layer was actually PUS. Still say nevermind leave it exposed. -.- Bottomline- nurses are still the best caregivers :D So now is flesh under the dressing. Eeep.

Today's Wednesday.

In the morning a lecturer came to 'visit' us O.O Hahaha. And so coincidentally 2 people were late. Lol. She called us the "FANTASTIC SEVEN". LOL. Inside joke arh. We were the first and only group who wrote our module number wrongly, supposed to be 1099, but we wrote 1093. Lol. Plus alot of other things la. Hahaha. Today's most boring, most fun, most interesting day so far. Very contradicting?

Most boring 'cos we had a 1 hour talk. Think everyone (including staff nurses) were dozing off. Lol. And as usual, FREEZING COLD. 18degrees inside a polyclinic room. Numbed.

Most fun, 7of us really talked and joked and stuff. (:

Most interesting, saw how they did 'pap smear'- a procedure done to detect early signs of cervical cancer.

Okayokay whatever. Getting late and boring.

YYY
